HOW TO BOOK
Booking an event through Visage Paranormal couldn’t be easier.
All you need to do is browse through our list of events on our Events page. Once you have found an event that you’d like to attend select if you’d like to pay a deposit payment or if you’d like to pay in full for the tickets. Enter the names of the people that are going (even if it just yourself going), select the number of tickets you require and click Add to basket.
We use a variety of ways for you to pay for your tickets. You can pay using either Bank Transfer, Via PayPal or you can pay with your credit/card through Stripe. You can pay with your credit/debit card on our checkout page, you will not be redirected to another web page to input your details.
You will receive a confirmation email from us confirming your booking and your name(s) will be added to our guest list.
If you have paid a deposit payment the remaining balance is usually due 4 weeks before the event date. You can easily pay this using our remaining balance page. Just select the event you’ve paid a deposit for, enter the original order number (found on the original confirmation email), select the number of tickets you ordered and click add to basket and proceed to the checkout to make your final payment.
You will receive an email notifying you when the deposit needs to be paid and the date is also shown on the event page at the bottom on the right hand side.
You have to be 18 years of age to attend any of our events. Anyone under this age will be refused entry to the event and no refund will be given.
Alcohol and/or drugs are not permitted before or during any of our events. Anyone found to be under the influence of either will be refused entry to the event or will be asked to leave with NO REFUND being given.
