Coronavirus COVID-19 (UPDATE)

Coronavirus COVID-19 (UPDATE)

U{DATE 29/03/2020: We have cancelled our event at Thorne Former Workhouse on the 16th May. All people booked onto the event have been issued a FULL REFUND. We apologise for any inconvenience caused but we are adhering to strict government guidelines on Social Distancing and gatherings of more than two people. Stay Safe people, STAY AT HOME!

UPDATE 19/03/2020: We have had to take the difficult decision to cancel our event at Todmorden Unitarian Church on the 4th April keeping in line with government guidelines that have just been announced.

UPDATE 16/03/2020: After listening to the press conference from the government today and their advice regarding non-essential social contact we are now working closely with the venue owners to learn what they are going to do. At the moment we are still at the ‘business as usual’ stage and NO EVENTS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED. This could change in the future. If it does then all guests will be notified by email or text message if we have your number.

12/03/2020: You may have read in the news and media about the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

We would like to reassure all of our guests that it is still business as usual at Visage Paranormal.

We will be taking every possible precaution we can on ALL of our events including but not limited to:

– No handshaking or hugging when you arrive. We will however still greet you in a friendly positive manner as we always do.
– we will be bringing anti-bacterial wipes with us so that we can wipe down and sanitize ALL equipment before/during/after vigils.
-We will ask that ALL guests please bring some hand sanitizer gel with them if they have it. Please use this in between vigils and after touching the equipment.
– If you use the bathroom facilities at one of our locations then please do wash your hands afterwards and sanitize them.

While we can’t do everything, we can certainly do our best where we can.

We hope you all have a great night at our events and we look forward to seeing you all.

If you cannot attend an event because you have got to self-isolate then under the rules from the government and health authorities you MUST NOT attend the event. We will not be refunding you under these circumstances but we will be offering you a transfer to a similar event in the future. As we cannot ascertain proof of your circumstances we are relying on you to be honest with us as we are always honest with you.

If we cancel events due to the venue having to close because they have been told to then you will be fully reimbursed all monies that you have paid or you can choose to transfer to another event FREE of charge (if places are still available).
